SHUTTLES
We ask all our guests to refrain from drinking and driving so we will be providing charter buses. The schedule for the buses are as follows:
Departure:
12:45pm - Buses will leave the Courtyard by Marriott, Calgary Downtown and travel direct to the Mickelson National Golf Club. (Please indicate if you would like to take the Departure Shuttle when completing your RSVP)
Return:
1:15am - Buses will leave the Mickelson National Golf Club and travel direct to the Courtyard by Marriott, Calgary Downtown. (There will be enough room on the Return Shuttle for all wedding guests)
From the hotel, Uber and taxi's are available to take you to your final destination if you don't have a room booked for the night.

If you are from out of town or want to stay at a hotel for the night, we have secured a room block. Please call the hotel or use the link provided below to book a room under the "Johnson-MacArthur Wedding Room Block".
The cut-off date for reserving a room under the room block is July 12th.
With the room block booking, discounted valet parking is available for $30.00. Otherwise, there is an ImPark Lot (#176) located next door to the hotel. Pricing is $7.00/day for weekends. Non-hotel guests can utilize both parking options.
NOTE: Standard check-in is 4:00pm. Early check-in cannot be guaranteed and is subject to availability. If early check-in is not available and you are not staying the night prior we have arranged for the hotel to allow for a pre check-in and store any luggage. When returning to the hotel, your room key and luggage will need to be retrieved from the front desk before proceeding to the room. Any luggage can be brought to your room for you for an $8.00 porterage fee and then only your room key would need to be retrieved when returning.
